Duties include:
Cover services including order entry/order management, operating customer procurement systems, stockroom services, shipping/receiving, chemical tracking, glass washing, desktop delivery, dry ice services, and others as required
Provide Post Coverage analysis, including recommendations to improve operational efficiency and corresponding Corrective Actions.
Assist in updating SOPs and Work Instructions.
Support new site implementations as required.
Assist stockroom sites to prepare for Annual Physical Inventories
Generate stock reports from ULSIM, and conduct cycle counts
Make adjustments to ULSIM post-inventory
Reconcile reports for finance as part of API
Training support
Cover for new employees attending systems training
Provide site-specific training on-site operations, including proprietary customer systems
Subject Matter Expert in Best Practices for the portfolio of services such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Glass Wash, Consignment, and Customer Inventory.
Acquire and maintain all vital certifications to support all site operations.
IATA and DOT certifications
Fork truck
Hand jack and pallet jacks
Support the Quality Management System by:
Develop, maintain, and complete adherence to departmental work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in fulfillment of the requirements of our Quality Management System and the expectations of our interested parties (internal/external).
Identify and report quality or compliance concerns to management and the quality function and take immediate actions to remedy them.
Complete all planned or unplanned quality & compliance training requirements within defined deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all site operations and duties for efficient outcomes to maintain the highest standards of excellence.
Operate across a wide variety of services, including training and assessment responsibilities, with a high level of success.
Highlight RED Flags affecting site operations for corrective action
Partner with Site Implementations, ensuring new engagements optimally meet contract obligations. Provide additional training to site personnel when needed
Promote personal growth and development by staying abreast of new policies, procedures, and system improvements without the presence of a site trainer and management team.
Maintain proficiency of all e-learning tools and online training as required.
Listen to customer concerns, optimally diffuse dissatisfaction, and quickly identify the course of action with first-call resolution within established turnaround times.
Attend customer-required training sessions.
Participate in projects and perform all other duties as assigned.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Ability to work beyond the regular business hours
Ability to travel extensively 70 – 80% of the time.

Extensive walking may be required.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 30-40 pounds consistently; may be required to lift 50 lbs.
May be able to use material handling equipment such as push carts and pallet jacks.
Depending on the building's area, personal protective equipment, including lab coats, coveralls, hoods, facemasks, hairnets, and safety gloves, may be worn.
It may pass through areas where chemical-based allergens (such as penicillin, tetracycline, etc.) are used.
Must be able to work overtime as required
Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $29.31–$37.68.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
