Description: Receiving, in-process, and final inspection of finished products across all technologies.
Ability to use hand measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Interpret drawings for dimensional and visual requirements.
Generate NCR’s for discrepant material.
Ability to understand GD&T and apply it to measuring parts.
Provides feedback to other departments on inspection results.
Documents inspection results using the internal QA database.
Follows guidelines for using and maintaining measurement tools.
Provides feedback to the QA Manager or QC Lead on inspection issues.
Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.Skills:Quality control, 3d printerTop Skills Details:Quality control,3d printerAdditional Skills & Qualifications:75% QC 25% assisting weekend shift with print operator tasks (they will help train for the print operating)
Candidate must have extensive GD&T experience. Aerospace is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of related experience in quality or manufacturing, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
Must have experience using inspection tools.
Must be able to navigate a Windows PC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Microsoft Office experience.
Ability to read drawings.
Excellent attention to detail.
Superior hand skills.
Production and inspection experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask.
