In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to make outbound calls to assigned accounts, recommend our premium products and promotions, and help us reach new heights in customer engagement.Your Mission:
Powerful Engagement: Dial into opportunity! Make outbound calls to accounts within your territory, building connections, and creating lasting relationships.
Converting Leads: Transform white space into potential gold mines! Follow up on leads and open the door to new possibilities.
Promoting Education: Spread the word! Actively promote and explain Dermalogica's educational programs and classes, empowering our customers with knowledge.
Inbound Brilliance: Be the voice that makes a difference! Take inbound calls, pre-qualify leads, and assist with advertising needs.
Data Master: Keep the details dialed in! Update account information and track purchases, upsell, and create engaging e-blasts to help hit our targets.
Your Qualifications:
High School diploma (BA/BS degree preferred )
Minimum 1 year of experience in salon, health, beauty, pharmaceutical, or consumer package goods
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with Pepperi is a plus .
A vibrant passion for skincare and beauty
Esthetician license is a major bonus!
