As Lakeshore’s retail stores continue to change and evolve, we’re searching for a Retail Facilities Coordinator to support the busy daily operations of our Retail department. With a strong customer-service orientation and outstanding administrative skills, you will provide key operational support to our retail stores, assist leadership and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams on a variety of jobs and projects. Our team environment is fun, fast-paced and deadline-driven, and this position offers a great inside view of how a multimillion-dollar company functions from day to day. This full-time role is on-site at our Carson headquarters. A day in the office looks like this: Responsible for supporting the facilities team in all aspects of store support. Manage service providers to ensure all preventative maintenance and work order requests are scheduled and performed in an effective/efficient manner. Monitor, track, and evaluate the work performance of service providers to ensure they perform according to the expectations, contract standards, due dates, and cost restraints. Assist in management of service providers contract management, and bids. Ability to work flexible hours as required, occasionally taking emergency calls after hours and weekends in support of the Retail Stores. Communicating and coordinating with landlords, service providers, suppliers, local government agencies, and internal employees for repair and maintenance related issues. Reviewing and validating lease documentation related to repair and maintenance to determine responsible parties. Support in the development of department process efficiencies. Assisting Facilities Manager with invoice management, approval, and budget reporting.
