Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general financial day-to-day operations and accounting including working capital, expenditures, debt, and budget
-Cash flow management and reporting
-Assist outside financial consulting firm with preparation and summary of current financial status
-Maintain and oversee A/R and A/P, banking transactions and reconciliations
-Work closely with procurement to oversee financial purchases
-Inventory tracking/audits as part of team with procurement and warehouse
Qualifications:
-Requires an Associate's degree in Accounting, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
-Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
-QuickBooks proficiency required
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel required
-Strong organizational and communications skills
-Experience with forecasting, cash flow and budgeting
-Experience with inventory management software preferred
