Construction executive looking for an assistant to perform the following.
Calendar management: Schedule meetings and other events, and make sure appointments don't go over time
Communication: Interact with staff, answer phone calls, respond to emails and develop relationships with vendors / clients
Correspondence: Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive
Meeting coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare necessary materials, and ensure all essential staff are available
Travel arrangements: Plan and organize domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and track expenses
Problem solving: Help supervisors solve problems within the organization
Information management: Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Office management: Keep up with office supply inventory
Report preparation: Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Minute taking: Take minutes during meetings
