South Butte County Ag producer seeks Product Safety Manager/SQF Practitioner to facilitate development, implementation and training for comprehensive systems to ensure food safety.
5 years working experience with working knowledge of food safety, operations/quality assurance.
Bachelor degree in Business, Ag-Business or science related field preferred.
English language skills and abilities for business-level reading/writing and interpersonal communications.
SQF certificate or GFSI equivalent. HACCP Cert, QAL or QAC, PCQI, Food Defense training.
Ongoing training and oversight of all aspects of Safety, GMP, HACCP, OSHA, Chemical usage/storage.
Duties: employee training, development and implementation ensuring food and employee safety and sanitation. OSHA requirements and certifications, internal audit teams and reporting.
Trained in Quality Control with working knowledge of Food Safety. Office software: Word, Excel etc.
