We are looking for an upbeat individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our veterinary hospital. Prior veterinary experience is not necessary; we are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and serving people. Service industry experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Providing knowledgeable guidance and support to clients regarding their pets' health and wellness needs
- Processing payments and managing financial records
- Assisting the veterinary team with various tasks as needed
