Position: Bread Packager and Pastry Prep
Hours: Approximately 28 hours per week
Schedule:
- Wed: 3:00am – 11:00am: Bread packaging and pastry prep
- Thu: 6:00am – 12:00pm: Pastry prep
- Fri: 3:00am – 10:00am: Bread packaging and pastry prep
- Sat: 2:00am – 10:00am: Bread packaging, pastry packaging, dishes
Responsibilities:
- Packaging Bread and Pastries: Ensure that our products are beautifully packaged and ready for delivery.
- Building Orders: Assemble and prepare orders to go out for delivery with precision.
- Dough Handling and Shaping: Learn and apply techniques for shaping dough and preparing pastries.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in packaging and order building.
- Independent and Team Work: Thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Early Morning Availability: Must be comfortable working early morning hours and standing on your feet for extended periods.
- Organization Skills: Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality products.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of handling the physical demands of the job.
