Grana is a unique contemporary Italian Osteria, specializing in Neapolitan style pizzas and seasonal small plates. We are a company that values our farmers, featuring a seasonal menu with respect to local ingredients. Candidates must have:
- 6 months line cook experience in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency
- Ability to set, run, and maintain a clean and organized line at all times
- Able to take direction as well as work independently
- Confidence in palate
- Dedication and reliability
- Open availability Wuesday thru Saturday
- ServeSafe Certification
- Professional references
