We are a small Mexican lunch and dinner restaurant open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m We are seeking enthusiastic servers who are passionate about food and creating memorable dining experiences for our customers.
Server Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Greeting and seating customers
Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
Preparing drink orders
Making menu item recommendations
Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to the kitchen staff
Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately
Providing attentive service to customers, like refilling drinks as needed and checking in on their needs during the meal
Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
Handling the cash register and checking out customers
Performing some cleaning duties around the service station, kitchen, and dining area.
Full and part-time positions are available. Hourly salary starts at $16.50/hr + daily tip payout.
