Dental Assistant or RDA needed for a modern dental practice in Red Bluff. Our family practice is looking for a friendly dental assistant, no previous experience required. Training on the job available. Bilingual in Spanish preferably. One doctor, one hygienist. Schedule is 4 days/wk.
DA performs duties relating to dental procedures. Provides chair side assistance to dentist in the performance of dental procedures.
Cleans, organizes and sterilizes instruments according to clinic guidelines and standards to ensure that every procedure complies with the infection control protocols.
Maintains, records and creates dental charting according to procedures and registers all discussions with patients during their dental visit.
Cleans and disinfects the dental operatory to be ready for the next patient according to established standards, protocols and policies of infection control.
Communicates, assists and keep close contact with the patient to inquire the reason for the dental visit and the approval for discussed procedures.
Performs job related tasks and duties as assigned.
$18-$28/hr depending on experience for the RDA position.
Applicants must live close to Red Bluff, CA including cities like Anderson, Corning, and Los Molinos.
