The Inn at the Terraces an assisted living community located in Chico, is looking for a dynamic BUSINESS OFFICE DIRECTOR that has experience in handling PAYROLL/AR/HR.ÂÂ Benefits provided are the following: medical, dental vision, 401(k) with match, voluntary life insurance and an EAP program. For us the right candidate will have expertise in AP/AR/Billing and payroll and the role of a human resources leader with knowledge of California Law, in regards to Labor and Hiring. In addition to the day to day operations of the business office, you will also have the skills and experience necessary to recruit and on board new associates, administer benefits, conduct a comprehensive general orientation, associate and management coaching and oversee compliance with employment law.
