COMPENSATION: $62,400-$67,000 annually
LOCATION: Rural California Nursing Preceptorship (RCNP); This position may allow partial telecommuting; Candidate must be a California resident at the start of the position
The Rural California Nursing Preceptorship (RCNP) Program is hiring for a Program Coordinator who will serve the larger geographic area in Northern California. The Program Coordinator is directly responsible for facilitating preceptorships for senior and new graduate nursing students and RNs. This position organizes and promotes all aspects of the program including: developing clinical preceptorships; recruitment of students and promotion of the program statewide; supervision and coordination of staff activities; orientation of students and evaluation of their performance.
