The Job: This is an entry-level, hands-on role where you’ll learn how to work on water well systems the right way. You’ll be in the field most days, working directly with experienced techs. Over time, you’ll learn how to troubleshoot systems, use diagnostic tools like Ohmmeters, and handle full installations and repairs. We’ll train you hands-on — all you need is a good attitude and a strong work ethic. This isn’t just a job — it’s a career path for someone who wants to grow with us for the long term.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Help install and repair water well pumps and related equipment
Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance
Write detailed inspection reports for real estate sales
Learn to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Use tools like an Ohmmeter (we’ll show you how)
Take water samples and fill out basic paperwork
Keep tools and vehicles clean and organized
Follow safety procedures on job sites
Interact respectfully with customers when on site
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Willing to learn and not afraid of physical work
Handy with tools and able to follow instructions
Detail-oriented and dependable
Works well on a small team and shows up ready to go

Bonus Points (Not Required):
Experience in plumbing, irrigation, automotive, electrical, or construction
Familiar with basic electrical tools like Ohmmeters or multimeters
