We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a successful company in Biggs, CA!
Compensation: $35-$40/hr
Job Requirements:
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
Install equipment, machines, motors, or parts to specification.
Operations Monitoring- watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Repair machines or systems using the needed tools.
Troubleshooting- determine causes of operating errors and decide what to do about it.
Able to read and decipher equipment operating manuals for repairs, parts ordering, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate and lead maintenance projects in various departments.
Job Qualifications:
Have valid driver's license
Have high school diploma or equivalent
Must undergo pre-employment drug & background screening
4+ years experience in industrial and mechanical maintenance
2+ years of maintenance operations in food manufacturing
2 years of experience in millwright is preferred
