We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Motorsports Parts / Service Assistant Manager to join our team.
You MUST have a passion for motorsports and experience in parts and service writing, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs for parts or service
- Provide accurate quotes and estimates for parts and services
- Order parts and schedule service appointments
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain customer records and follow up with customers as needed
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of parts
Requirements:
-Dependable & Reliable. If u miss a lot of work or are late often DO NOT APPLY
- Previous experience in parts and service writing, preferably in the motorsports industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of motorsports vehicles and parts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in computer systems and software related to parts and service management
