Williams Ag Service is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant / Aircraft Loader. This full-time/part-time position involves supporting day-to-day shop operations and aircraft loading services. We are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: Perform general maintenance on agricultural equipment, including tractors, trucks, etc.
Loading/ Cleaning: Assist with loading and cleaning aircraft and equipment.
Shop Organization: Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Miscellaneous Duties: Support miscellaneous tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the shop and surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
Experience in operating tractors, trucks, etc.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and train on new skills, including aircraft loading and maintenance procedures.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Additional Information:
You may be required to work some weekends during the busy season to meet demands.
