South Butte County AG business hiring Inventory and Logistics Clerk!
Bring your admin skills, Microsoft office and Basic Accounting experience and join the team!
Duties and responsibilities:
Compares information and counts, weighs, or measures items
Verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors
Compiles information on receipt or disbursement
Computes inventory balance, price, and cost
Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, prices list, and shortages
May order, stock, or issue materials, parts, and equipment
Stock supplies and materials using a forklift
Required skills:
Familiar with and ability to become proficient in Navision software.
Basic Microsoft Office experience such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
Effective stress and time management skills.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of production and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
Ability to work independently or as a team member.
Forklift experience desired.
Education and Experience:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Basic Excel Experience.
Basic Accounting Experience.
Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 6am to 4:30pm
