We are in search of a hardworking Preventative Maintenance Inventory Clerk to join a successful company in Biggs!
The Maintenance Inventory Clerk compiles, records, organizes, and maintains quantity, type, and value of materials, equipment, and parts stocked in the Maintenance department.
Compensation: $18/hr
Job Requirements:
Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using a computer.
Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in electronic system.
Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, prices list, and shortages.
Operate office machines such as computer, copier, fax machine, or calculator.
Order, stock, or issue materials, parts, and equipment.
Stock supplies and materials using a forklift.
Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from workstations and other areas.
Job Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Have valid driver's license
Be able to pass pre-employment drug & background screening
Must have 2+ years experience in inventory control
Must be experienced with using a computer
Must have basic reading, writing and math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
Have previous experience using a forklift.
