The store manager is responsible for facilitating and managing the operational and financial activities of the thrift store, managing the staff and coordinating with and cooperating with Arc’s Adult Day Program instructors and clients. The store manager must have the ability to maintain a personable, positive, and professional attitude and appearance while working with a wide variety of individuals. Have general knowledge of the value of a wide variety of merchandise and the ability to determine value. Must be accessible, willing to work weekends and flexible shifts during the week. Must have at least 3 years prior experience in managing and scheduling staff in a retail position and pass drug test and fingerprinting clearance.
