Camp Fire Community Resource Specialist
Jesus Center is in search of a motivated, independent, and self-driven individual to assist with case management for Camp Fire survivors. The Camp Fire Community Resource Specialist will be responsible for implementing a plan, meeting with survivors, assisting and connecting fire survivors with appropriate resources and/or government agencies. This position is a part of a coordinated collaborative project with the Camp Fire Long Term Recovery Group to assist survivors with unmet needs. This is a f/t position, with a flexible schedule. A caseload will be assigned to the resource specialist by the Director of Services and all caseloads will be documented in a universal data system (CAN). Person(s) interested in this position will be required to attend trainings for HIPPA, confidentiality and ethics, local and government resources, and trauma training. The Camp Fire Community Resource Specialist will only be meeting with survivors of the fire, in an off-site location.
