Position Summary:
The Independent Living Skills (ILS) Instructor works one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities (Arc clients) helping them to become successful and live more independently. The ILS program provides a diverse range of skills training and services that focuses on an individual’s personal and social needs. Instructors maintain consistent contact with clients to assist further development of the skills they need to live on their own as functioning members of their community.
Part time and full-time positions available with opportunity for advancement.

Position Details & Perks:
- Flexible hours
- Paid holidays with 20 or more scheduled hours

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation for transportation of clients in personal vehicle (gas mileage reimbursed at $0.58/ mile)
- Valid CA driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and DMV report
- All potential candidates must pass a background check, drug test, and TB test

Compensation:
$16.50 per hour
