Skills:
Provide excellent customer service with exceptional multitasking capabilities
Answer calls and interact professionally with customers and staff
Prepare and track client invoices and payments
Assist with bookkeeping, office supplies and part orders
Interface with team/clients and clearly communicate effectively in timely concise manner
Must be honest, dependable and highly motivated
General office and Admin duties as needed
Must be a fast learner and able to work with diverse personalities.
