Established Chico Contractor seeks Office Manager!

What's it all about:
To be successful in this role, you must be able to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines during bid and contract periods, yet be able to work autonomously during slower periods of time.
Liaise with our Head of Estimating at bid time to ensure bid packages are properly assembled
Help to manage bid launches, posting to all required bid boards
Put together large construction contracts by coordinating with our Estimating, Operations, Labor Compliance, and Insurance teams
Effectively communicate deadlines, requirements, and changes with our team as well as with subcontractors
Oversee our Warranty program, coordinating repair work requests, and tracking statuses and warranty end dates
Participate in routine management meetings with department heads, documenting key topics and preparing meeting minutes
Duties and required skills:
Must be skilled with MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Able to learn programs such as Bluebeam software and Autodesk Build
Prior management experience is preferred, but we are most interested in the soft skills you will bring to this role
Reliability, self-motivation, consistency of demeanor, emotionally intelligent and self-regulated
Able to build lines of communications with all types of people
Accuracy over speed and highly detail oriented
Salary: is $68,640.00 to $70,720.00 to start DOE. This position is eligible for discretionary annual company bonus
