General contractor seeking a qualified Office Support person to work collaboratively with our office team! We are looking for the right person with a positive attitude that will also be dependable.
Job Duties:
Manage email inquiries and answer and route incoming calls
Assist with office errands & support tasks
Data entry and other general clerical duties as needed
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
Assist with coordinating project needs, travel & lodging accommodations
Helping organize and maintain office common areas
Qualifications:
General office experience preferred
Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Self-motivated, dependable, flexible and a team player
Must be able to manage time effectively and work efficiently
Available to work full time & can be hired immediately
Construction knowledge is a plus!
