Immediate opening at Ameri-Brand Products Inc.
Established (1998) Internet retailer & manufacturer has an opening for a customer support rep / general office assistant.
Position involves: (Willing to train)
1. Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department.
2. Providing order status and tracking information to customers & handling customer concerns and product returns.
3. Creating UPS and other shipping labels.
4. Updating customer files.
5. Typing orders into QuickBooks and emailing to appropriate suppliers.
6. Checking inventory, supplies, and ordering as needed.
7. Packaging small parcels for shipment.
8. Other typical office related tasks as needed.

This is a permanent Part Time Position
25 to 30 Hours per week. Hours: 9:00 - 2:30 M-F

$15.00 Hourly + Bonus
REQUIRED:
1. Valid drivers license.
2. Reliable transportation.
3. Ability to pass Drug test (ALL drugs) and background check.
4. Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally.
5. Ability to use a computer.
6. Must be a self starter.
7. Desire to learn and expand capabilities.
