In order to be certified as a correctional officer you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- A US Citizen
- Being 21 or older
The hiring process includes:
- Aptitude testing
- A background investigation
- A physical
- A drug screen
- A psychological assessment
