Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This part-time role requires a commitment of 20-24 hours per week and offers a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales who is looking to grow their career in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will manage client accounts, develop new business relationships, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring all clients receive timely and efficient service.
- Develop new business by identifying potential clients and promoting our insurance products.
- Understand client needs and advise on suitable insurance coverages and policies.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients regularly to update them on claim status.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve client retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- A Current CA Insurance license is preferred, but not required.
