Network Innovations has been servicing the IT needs of Chico and the surrounding area for over two decades. We specialize in Managed IT services and are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time IT Support Technician.
Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our end-users. This includes setting up, installing and maintaining network servers and network operating equipment as well as installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware and software.
Responsibilities
Perform IT support with for clients via email and/or phone calls
Setup and configure MS Entra ID and Office 365 environments
Setup and install PC’s, software and peripheral equipment
Document all support interactions and resolution in our ticketing system
Troubleshoot hardware and/or software issues and provide timely resolutions
Assist with the setup and maintenance of network devices such as firewalls and switches
Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions and access rights
Diagnose and resolve user software issues, printing, email, Internet, wireless and local area network access issues
Qualifications
Ability to work on multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate information to staff and the public in a clear and concise manner
Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
Knowledge in basic networking configurations
Ability to work with little supervision
At least 1 year experience working in a help desk or technical support role
