WILLOW CREEK MUTUAL WATER COMPANY is seeking an Assistant Superintendent, merging into lead Superintendent within year. This position will be to learn all aspects of the business: including water deliveries, have the ability to work independently within a wide range of often changing tasks. The work environment ranges from an office atmosphere, to most time in the field exposed to all weather conditions.
REQUIRED qualifications: AGRICULTURE WATER DELIVERY or equivalent work experience, and a valid class A CADL.
DESIRED qualifications: the ability to operate equipment, knowledge of pesticide use/applications with the ability to obtain county/state permits; and employee management.
This is an exempt, full time, at-will position with salary range of $55-70K, depending on experience. Medical benefits begin after 90 days of employment (100% employer paid for employee only); retirement benefits after two years.
