Fantastic 4 days per week schedule: Monday thru Thursday 6am to 4:30pm
Position overview: Maintain mechanical, pneumatic and production machinery
Required skills and responsibilities:
Minimum of 8 (eight) years industrial and mechanical maintenance including supervisory experience
Trains and leads mechanics and ensures compliance with all regulations
Performance evaluations, promote staff opportunities and disciplinary actions
Must be able to troubleshoot and maintain automated equipment lines plantwide
Direct workers repairing broken parts, using brazing, soldering, welding equipment and hand tools
Supervise set-up and operation of tools such as lathe, drill press, or grinder to make or repair parts
Coordinate dismantling of machines and replacing parts using hand tools and power tools
Compliance to Cal-OSHA Injury Illness Prevention Program, Safety, Procedures and Programs
Food Safety Requirements: GMPs including Food Safety Policy Statement
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of machinery operations, personal computer and various software packages
Experience operating a Powered Industrial Truck (forklift)
Reading, writing, math, electrical theory (AC/DC, single/3 phase, series/parallel circuits
