Local established excavation company (Chico) looking to fill one full-time position:
Must be able to lead small crew of 2-3 with minimum supervision.
Full time minimum starting wage of $35-? per hour. Higher depending on experience.
Holiday pay (7), vacation (paid time off), 401-k, medical and dental and phone allowance. Possible vehicle allowance.
Applicant should be experienced in the following:
Safe operation of heavy equipment. Backhoe, loader, excavators, track loader, compaction equipment, dozer, skip loader, dump truck, Shovels. Rakes. Brooms etc.
Experience preferred in site development. Underground utility construction. Grading. Trenching. Small patch paving. Septic system installation and repair. Demolition of concrete, structures, grubbing etc. Working with PVC, ABS, SDR, etc.
Additional experience with the following would be a plus!
Class A driver with a clean record.
Carpentry skills.
Mechanical skills.
