Small company looking for a lead roofer that can manage the stages of residential re-roofing jobs. Roofing background as well as carpentry background for all of the woodwork needed once existing roofing is removed. Needs to be familiar with doing woodwork take off's, picking up supplies, and getting the work done. Installing composition roofing per manufacture code and then torch down would be a plus. As the lead your job would be to manage the week's schedule and to keep the crew on task with completing a clean install in a timely manner.
