The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office and grounds. The position requires a highly diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.
This position offers a pay range of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
