We are looking to hire someone (1-2 people) to rehab mobile homes in our mobile home park in Los Molinos. Our jobs include flooring/carpet, bathroom and kitchen renovation, building stairs/decks, and painting.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License and transportation, tools, dependable and reliable.
Recommended Skills: Rough Carpentry, Basic Plumbing, Painting, Flooring, and General Repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $150 per day per person – Negotiable DOE

Construction (General Trades): 1 year (Required)
