CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Must be willing to work onsite in Chino, CA We are looking for candidates that are customer focused individuals who want to build out a long term career within customer service industry. Schedule:6am-5pm Monday-Friday availability needed (Must be open to work all days and times within the availability needed)
2 weeks of Paid Onsite Training (Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm)

Pay rate:$18/hr
Description: Manage a large amount of Inbound calls, in a timely matter, while delivering great customer service. Assist scheduling customers with appointments for Airbag recalls and provide dealership information. Handle 30-40 Inbound calls per shift and support with questions on recalls, warranties, troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes Capture concerns of the customer and properly document calls to create a case. Provide accurate information to customers, close cases and/or dispatch to the proper department for additional assistance. Work fluidly with team for clear feedback and growth opportunities. Will use multiple screens, soft wares, and processes to assist customer.Qualifications:Customer service/call center experience
Must be able to quickly navigate computer systems
Type minimum of 30 WPM
Able to work with a team of about 10 people & independently
Good decision making
Skills:Customer service, computer navigation, outbound calls, Health care, Customer service call center, MedicalAdditional Skills & Qualifications:College degree (preferred, not required)
Automotive or dealer experience (Huge plus, not required)
