You will lead by example, setting the standard for excellence and en-chuzey-asm in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Set and maintain Chuze standards in customer by welcoming and interacting with all membersComplete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean Assist in all aspects of front desk operations, including membership sign-ups, retail presentation, amenities, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and making smoothies, if applicableTrain all front desk employees and maintain knowledge of best practices and policies found in in-person coaching, Learning Management System (LMS) paths, and Harassment Prevention trainingSupport running daily shift operations such as breaking employees for lunches, delegating and following up on cleaning responsibilities, and successfully completing opening and closing responsibilitiesSupport in troubleshooting member inquiries and partner with management for escalated concernsAssist in administrative tasks such as member management software reports, inventory counts and managing club emailAttend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
