Job Title: SAP Trainer - Production Planning
Location: Cypress, California
Length of Assignment: 3 Months
Skills: SAP,MFG/Supply Chain/Logistics/PP
Why: Client is looking for a SAP Supply Chain Training Consultant(s) to support user training and adoption of SAP stemming from an inflight project migrating from the existing QAD ERP system to SAP, Go live date is 10/1.
Skills Needed:
-SAP Production Planning (PP)
-Experience with leading an SAP Training for SC
-Vendor Master Data experience
-ECC 60
-SAP Functional MM/Procurement SCM is a plus
-Knowledge of QAD is a big plus
Additional Info: As part of the interview process, consultants will be asked to sign NDA, meet with stakeholders to review current project state and training goals, and develop a proposed training approach.
The consultant will be the primary training for the supply chain/operations organization that is looking for stronger alignment with their existing MN plant on any process changes required. The person must have a strong understanding of Production Planning, Material and Vendor Master Data management within ECC.
Additional Project Details:
Client has three main phases before going into Hypercare, consultant’s involvement will be the following:
- Phase 1 – Design/Prepare
o Working through the system design
o Walking through SAP with Users
- Phase 2 – Realization/Mapping
o Assist with gap mapping for master data (as well as identify any additional gaps
o Write procedures for how to use it
o Identify additional training gaps
- Phase 3 – Deployment/Testing
o Facilitating the testing
o Write test scripts with users
o Work through training for the final group
