In this role, you will own the operation of our label manufacturing equipment, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently to meet customer demand.What You’ll DoOperate & Maintain: Set up, calibrate, and run label machines according to daily job schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain and handle dies carefully to ensure continuous line performance.Troubleshoot & Improve: Monitor equipment for accuracy and quality. Identify root causes of malfunctions and partner with supervisors to resolve production issues.Inventory & Systems: Log raw materials accurately in the ERP system using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to minimize waste and track quality control.Safety & Workplace: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. Strictly follow all plant safety rules, policies, and required PPE guidelines.Team Collaboration: Assist with distribution tasks and support team members across shifts when needed.
