Machine Operator (Swing Shift)

$1.00/hour shift differential for swing shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES (roles available in multiple production departments):

Molding/Expanding: Operate or tend machines designed to mold and expand bead into EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders.

Cutting: Operate or tend machines designed cut EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders.

Fabrication: Operate or tend machines designed to fabricate EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders.

There is a repetitive use of hands required with simple grasping and pushing and pulling constantly up to 50 pounds. In addition this position requires the following abilities listed with percentages:

Standing – 45%

Walking– 25%

Lifting/Reaching above shoulders/Bending and Twisting – 30%

Schedule

Shift start: 2:30PM
Shift length: 10 hours
Monday - Friday, weekend overtime required

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Previous warehousing/production experience strongly preferred

Comfortable working in a fast pace work environment

Ability to use measuring gauges such as a measuring tape

Ability to complete assigned tasks under strict deadlines

Reliable means of transportation required
