Real Estate Paralegal

Description Prominent retail brand headquartered in Dublin is seeking a commercial leasing paralegal to join their growing team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in the preparation and assembly of legal documentation related to real estate leases and provide valuable litigation support as needed. Top duties include but are not limited to reviewing and negotiating various commercial lease agreements, conducting due diligence for title and survey, participating in lease abstractions, proficient in estoppels, and Non-Disturbance Agreements.Key Responsibilities:

Assist Real Estate Law Attorneys in the preparation and assembly of leases, amendments, and other documentation.

Prepare lease documentation and related legal documents for new and existing store, office, and warehouse facilities.

Review due diligence materials and identify potential legal issues.

Negotiate and draft Subordination, Attornment, and Non-Disturbance Agreements.

Maintain litigation files and assist in response to discovery requests.

Handle various legal tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Top applicants will have 3+ years of paralegal experience supporting commercial leasing organizations, demonstrated success of working in a high volume but collaborative environment, and be fluent with Adobe.

Practical knowledge of Estoppel

General familiarity with Real Estate Leases

Adeptness in Lease Renewals

Adobe Acrobat experience required

Foundational knowledge in Lease Abstracts

Lease Contracts experience highly desired

Commercial Leasing experience

Demonstrated knowledge of Lease Transactions

Lease Agreements experience

Strong familiarity with Lease Agreements

Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

Familiarity with real estate programs such as Site Seer/Site Tools preferred.
