Job Description

• Manage daily inbound operations activities with 3rdparty logistics service providers
• Monitor shipment status and provide daily tracking reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments and other logistics service providers to manage product flow and resolve logistics issues
• Manage lead time reports, and identify and resolve irregular activities
• Ensure accurate data entry, word processing, and filing
• Prioritize and plan loads strategically

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up skills
• Well-organized and high level of attention to detail
• Logistics background with general supply chain knowledge is a plus
• Experience with cost-saving or process improvement initiatives through analytical results is a plus

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in operations in International, Domestic Freight Forwarding Services
• Bilingual Korean/English preferred
