Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in El Cajon, California. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will primarily focus on processing incoming data entry requests, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any issues. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our database and improving our workflow processes.Responsibilities: Accurately process incoming data entry requests and maintain precise records Review data from completed forms and other documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry Conduct data entry research and analysis, and resolve any arising issues Review audit reports and take appropriate action to resolve errors, ensuring the integrity of information Identify issues with database management policies and procedures and contribute to their revision Provide direction or assistance to field personnel regarding data requirements and status of paperwork Escalate issues to other departments when necessary Ensure all policies and procedures are up-to-date and suggest improvements to workflow processes Train other Data Entry employees as required Write routine reports and correspondence Handle inquiries or complaints from clients and co-workers effectively Utilize technology applications proficiently Maintain knowledge of financial terms and principles. Calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions when necessary. Requirements Proficient in Customer Service, able to handle customer interactions and complaints with professionalism and patience. Demonstrated expertise in Data Entry, with high levels of accuracy and speed. Experience in handling Documentation, including creating, reviewing, and storing documents. Capable of conducting Training sessions to share knowledge and skills with others. Knowledge of Procedures and Policy, with the ability to implement them in daily tasks. Skilled in Research, capable of finding and analyzing information as required. Ability to manage Paperwork efficiently, ensuring all necessary documents are properly filed. Experience in handling Correspondence, including emails, letters, and other forms of communication. Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks when required. Fast Typing speed, with high levels of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle Complaints, resolving issues effectively according to Company Policy. Understanding of Workflow Processes, able to follow and optimize them as necessary. Knowledge of Principles related to the job, able to apply them effectively. Experience in Database Management, ensuring data is stored and retrieved effectively. Strong Analytical Skills, able to solve problems and make decisions effectively. Skills in Language Interpretation, able to understand and communicate in multiple languages. Can perform Revisions as necessary, ensuring all work is of high quality. Ability to create and review Audit Reports, ensuring all data is accurate. Experience in handling Commissions, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Ability to Provide Input on various tasks, contributing to team discussions and decisions. Capable of resolving Errors, ensuring all work is accurate and high-quality. Ability to Write Routine documents, including reports and correspondence.
