We are looking for our next Electronics Engineer in our El Dorado Hills, CA location. You will be a member of the engineering team that supports print business for Broadridge Customer Communications for our four factory locations in the US which includes the largest digital printer in North America. The Electronics Engineer's responsibilities include developing and documenting electronic components and systems to satisfy operational requirements in Broadridge production facilities. The successful candidate should be able to establish supplier and vendor networks and find opportunities for innovative solutions. To be successful as an Electronics Engineer, you should have an aptitude for Mathematics and passion for technology. Collaborating closely with engineers, other specialists, as well as factory operations associates to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications.

Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety laws.

Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.

Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.

Showing initiative and keeping up with advancements in Electronics.

Establishing relationships with staff, vendors, suppliers, and other professionals in the field.

Writing specifications, instructions, reports, and handling other required administrative duties.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or similar.

Experience in design recommended.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.

Excellent research and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills.
