Seeking a mid-level integrated copywriter for fulltime position for the Dolls portfolio. Must have broadcast, print, digital and social media experience. Highly conceptual, strategic and capable of writing both long and short format copy (manifestos, headlines, taglines, etc.)
Traditional agency background a plus.
THE ROLE
• Concept big ideas that are right for the brand
• Help develop strategy in early brief stages
• Write copy for assigned projects that is on strategy, in a voice that is on-brand, compelling, distinctive, and synergistic with art/graphics
• Proof read all assignments at all phases of execution
• Recommend and manage additional writers on as needed basis
• Provide support and assistance in researching for specific projects
• Collaborate with team in a positive and productive manner including partnering with art directors and designers
• Oversee work through the production stage to completion
• Work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under tight deadlines

THE COMPULSORIES
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or similar field
• At least 5 years’ experience within a corporate or agency environment as a writer
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of MS Word
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent decision making abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation
• Developed management, leadership and team building abilities
Google docs and google slides experience necessary
