Interact with client through scheduled operation call
Flexibility toward BAU and Non BAU tasks
Network/VoIP monitoring and troubleshooting
Maintains various systems including Data VOIP, wireless and VTC
Overall controls and processes of Voice Platforms
Knowledge of Multimedia: Video Conferencing/Teleconferencing
Knowledge of Avaya/Avaya Communications Service (ACU), Cisco VOIP
Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, encryption devices, PSTN, DSN, ISDN
Exposure to perform RCA on Major incidents and Proactive problem management
Documentation and knowledge transfer skills
Collaborate with offshore team and work with the team
Assist in creation of product support and training documentation
