Description We are offering a long term contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Encino, California. This role is primarily based in a call center environment and will revolve around providing excellent customer service and data entry tasks in a fast-paced setting. You will play a vital role in our team by ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.Responsibilities: Take charge of answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Efficiently process customer requests and orders via our proprietary systems. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and manage customer data. Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. Schedule appointments and follow-ups with customers as necessary. Ensure accurate data entry and order entry into our systems. Maintain professional email correspondence with customers and internal teams.Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls. Demonstrated skill in call center customer service. Sales experience is a huge plus! Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting. Proficiency in order entry. Ability to schedule appointments effectively.
