Job Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionUse of microscope, tweezers, and small hand tools to inspect materials, work-in-process, and finished semiconductor chips for conformance to customer, company, and industry standard requirements.Responsibilities
Inspect materials for conformance to specifications and standards.
Document non-conformances according to company procedure.
Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment as required.
Collect inspection data as required.
Write certificates of conformance.
Participate in internal and external Quality Management System audits.

Microscope usage
Cleanroom experience
Prior experience working on microelectronic devices or in an ISO certified and/or ITAR registered environment
Electronics

Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years minimum experience in a Quality position
Excellent communication skills and ability to document reports
Ability to read and understand technical documentation (customer requirements, manufacturing instructions, etc.)
Good hand-eye coordination, ability to work under a microscope 100% of the time
Ability to use inspection equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to take directions from multiple sources (Quality Assurance, Production, etc.)
Motivated, self-starter
Honest and ethical
Open-minded, a team player
Ability to stay focused in a production-environment stress
High level of communication to work with other departments
High school education or GED (preferred)
Open to electronics, and med device experience
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
