This long-term contract / temporary Bookkeeper position is based in the Solano County, California region.How you will make an impact
Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Maintain and balance general ledger
Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
Maintain quality historical records by filing documents
Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge of Bookkeeping Functions
Timeslips experience
Strong familiarity with Legal Billing
Legal Forms experience
Legal software experience highly desired
NetSuite experience required
Adeptness in bookkeeping
2+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
